Projector bulbs are quite expensive, but with proper operation and maintenance of the projector, the lamp life is typically 2,000 to 3,000 hours. Here’s some information so you can make your projector bulbs last longer.

For the first step, you need to turn off the projector. Wait a full minute. After that, unplug your projector. Let it cool down for at least one hour before beginning the lamp replacement. For the second step, loosen the screw on the lamp cover with the screwdriver. Doing the screw can loosen it, but it won’t come off. You can remove the lamp cover. Then loosen the two screws on the lamp module. They will loosen but not come off.

For the next step, you can remove an old lamp module by pulling on the handle or grip. After that, insert the new lamp module. It will easily slide into the socket. You must tighten the two screws on the lamp module.

For the last step, you need to screw. Then put the lamp cover back on and tighten its screw. Flip your projector. Connect it to the surge protector plugged into a working outlet. When doing this you need to make sure your projector is well ventilated. Turn on your projector, and then use its menu to reset the lamp hour counter to zero.
