The Kettlebell Snatch – One of the best exercises for belly fat today!

If you are really serious about losing belly fat, then you should do exercises that will significantly raise your level of perceived exertion, burn a ton of calories, and help you build some lean muscle mass. The way to do this is to make sure your exercises are a true hybrid of cardio and strength. That is why I want to introduce you to the overhead kettlebell snatch.

You will see that the only thing that really gets rid of your stomach are large core movements that involve a significant level of strain on the large core muscles. This is true with the human body because it forces its nervous system to kick in to handle and withstand external physical stress. This is why the overhead kettlebell snatch is such a powerful core lift for you to lose belly fat fast.

You’ll see that the snatch lift is often referred to as the Czar of all kettlebell lifts and basically involves you have to pull the bell between your legs in a rocking motion to a locked position just above your head. This single lift engages your hips, abs, back, shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings all in one motion. By implementing this single lift in your workouts, you can lose those love handles at a very rapid rate.

To perform this lift, you will need the availability of a single, moderate resistance kettlebell. Begin the lift by taking a one-arm swing to raise the bell from between your legs to a “pull high” position with the bell suspended just to the side of your head. To bring the bell to this spot, you’ll want to engage your hips and knees in a smooth, forceful act of immediate flexion and extension to build momentum. Once you bring the bell to this high position, make sure to slap your palm vertically towards the sky to finish it off. Once you’ve completed just a couple of reps of this super intense yet gentle lift, you’ll see just how effort it can be.
