Black Belt Recruiting by Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser is out now and is on its way to becoming one of the best, if not the best training courses available on the internet for the network marketing industry. However, you will need to act on what you learn from this course to gain maximum benefit. In fact, it will benefit seasoned professionals and novices alike when used as-is.

I have been a full time Networker for 27 years and have been training other Networkers from different organizations for the last 5 years. By now, you would think I wouldn’t be surprised to learn about a book like Black Belt Recruiting. After all, what could be so different from what I have been teaching on this subject for the past 27 years?

Well there is A LOT!

Times are changing for everyone and the network marketing industry is no exception. Many people will be left behind unless they are open to new ideas, like the ones you’ll find in this new course from Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser. They have both done a wonderful job on this course and it was much needed for today’s Networker.

I first met Mike Dillard through his first book, Magnetic Sponsoring. I was so impressed with that book that I bought his Traffic Formula course shortly after. Both completely changed the way I think about marketing. But more importantly, they changed the way I now build and teach others who are interested in a much more effective and efficient way to have and enjoy business success.

Later, I went back and bought your Building on a Budget course because I could see the need to find a way to launch a business for less than $500 and better yet get results in 24-48 hours.

So when I saw this new course, I bought it without hesitation.
And WOW, I’m glad I did!

When I train people, I always tell them that a system or process is only as good as the person using it. You can have the best system available to you, one that many people are using with great success. However, if you are not taught how to become the right person to use it, it simply won’t work for you.

That’s where Black Belt Recruiting comes in to make a difference!

In my previous coaching business, I wrote an entire business process along with everything a person could want to duplicate this business. It was a complete scripted manual on what to say word for word. However, it didn’t work for many people because I was still using old school marketing methods.

This course teaches the latest marketing methods where you don’t sell your product or opportunity. When I first learned this I thought it was crazy. But then when I used it, it not only works, but it also takes the pressure off me to act a certain way when talking to my prospects.

So the best lesson I learned from this course was how to save time on my first phone call to a potential client and also how to stay in control as the kind of leader one would want to follow.

This course teaches you how to stop working with anyone. They first have to prove that they are worth your time to work on becoming successful business owners and leaders.

Second, prospects now call or email me first! They are asking me for help and one even offered to pay me $500 to meet him for dinner for our first phone interview! This has never happened to me, never in the 27 years I’ve been in this industry!

Just think what that prospect’s attitude was like when I called to follow up with him over the phone. These are the types of people you want to recruit into your business, and this course will teach you how to find them. This kind of success is happening to me now on a daily basis.

The audio CDs that come with the course make this package far exceed the value I received from it. This course makes this business fun again by teaching you how to take the pressures out of prospecting and recruiting.

When you do this and teach it to others, not only do the numbers increase dramatically, but it also reduces the number of people you need to talk to because it does most of the sorting for you before you even talk to a single prospect.

Ultimately, it’s the way this course teaches you how to be attractive in the first place.

I have tried hard to teach this to people in the past because this is what makes the difference in success or failure in this industry or in any business. However, I have learned so much in this course that from now on, I will not work with a prospect until they get their own copy of Black Belt Recruiting and read it more than twice.

This course is easy to understand, quick to learn, and very affordable for a newbie to purchase in their first few days of preparing to launch their new business. I would instruct my students not to even talk to a prospect until they have studied this course.

Industry leaders know that learning never ends for any of us. So if you are a seasoned Networker with many years of success under your belt, don’t think for a minute that you should pass this one up. Not only will it change your mind about marketing, but it will do wonders for your entire organization.

Never look at the cost of learning something new, just look at the cost to yourself for missing out on what it will mean to you if you let it go. It changed the way I do this business now and I will never go back to the old school methods of yesterday.

I only wish Mike Dillard, Mark Wieser and the internet were there when I started years ago. But I won’t complain, because now they are here with Black Belt Recruiting, and this makes my job so much easier when I train others!
