Indian Vedic Astrology and Horoscopes – Indian Astrology and Predictions

Indian Vedic Astrology is perhaps the oldest branch of Futurology known to the human race. There are references about Indian astrology in ancient scriptures, Vedas and Puranas written thousands of years ago in this part of the earth. The earliest known treatise on Vedic astrology is supposed to have been written by Lord Skanda, son of one of the trinities of the Hindu religion, Lord Shiva the re-enactor. Even today this treatise is available and is testament to the age of this branch of futurology. .

Indian Vedic Astrology is known for its unique system of predictions and calculations. While Western astrology basically follows Sun signs and predictions are based on them, Indian Vedic astrology takes into account the Moon sign, which is broader, more personalized and more precise. The signs of the zodiac are twelve, the whole human race is divided into 12 equal divisions in other branches of astrology and are more general in nature, Indian astrology makes use of the moon sign, and each zodiacal sign is subdivided into 9 thus making the more subtle calculations. Not only are the zodiacal signs classified according to constellations or ‘Nakshatras’ as it is called in Sanskrit, the location of the planets is also considered from these constellations. Indian astrology based on the Parasara system, the conventional system widely followed in India, and later perfected by celebrities like Varahamihira, is an infallible system. Today, Vedic astrologers, from Kerala, the birthplace of Hindu astrology, follow the latest work of Bhattathiripad and another unique treatise known as ‘Prasnamargam’, the only complete horary astrological treatise available today. .

Indian Vedic Astrology, in addition to its unique system of prediction as explained above, also follows the Dasa system based on the natal Moon constellation in the natal chart to accurately predict the timing of events that no other branch can accurately predict. of astrology can boast. In short, it is one of the most scientific and reliable tools to gain insight into personality and future events or circumstances that could help make an individual’s life easier and lead a more comfortable, if not perfect, life.
